Hello Havre de Grace Families,
This week the food pantry will be open Thursday, September 24th, 2026. We will be at the gym doors from 3:00-4:30 handing out bags of non-perishables and toiletries. Anyone is welcome to come! Please return any reusable bags that have been given to you through the pantry so we can continue to utilize those for groceries.
If you are interested in donating to the pantry, we are always collecting food, toiletries and cleaning supplies! Please drop off at the main office and let them know it is for the pantry. If you have any questions, please contact Laura Hahn at Laura.Hahn@HCPS.org or HDG High school at 410-939-6600.

Your student may see Open Gate in use at different events, different times of the day, and at any point in the school year. The use of the Open Gate technology is another layer of safety and security; its use during the school day does not indicate a specific threat or concern. It is a proactive measure to better ensure student safety.
As has been the practice of Harford County Public Schools, if there is a specific threat or concern to a school, that information will be communicated directly with that school community.
